44 years have passed since the 7th Asian Games were held in Tehran. These games which have been considered as the largest and of utmost standard levels at its time in the Middle East were hosted at Azadi Sport Complex (formerly known as Aryamehr Sport Complex).
During the Para Swimming Championships at Azadi Sport Complex, I have come to a remnant of the Asian Games. It was that remnant that sparked my enthusiasm for finding signs which may bind past and present with the thread of similarity.

The 7th Asian Games were held from September 1, 1974, to September 16, 1974, in Tehran, Iran. The Aryamehr(which now called Azadi) sports complex was built for the Games. The Asian Games were hosted in the Middle East for the first time. Tehran, the capital of Iran, played host to 3,010 athletes coming from 25 countries/NOCs, the highest number of participants since the inception of the Games.

Alī ibn Mūsā ar-Riḍā also called Abu al-Hasan, Ali al-Reza (c. 29 December 765 – 23 August 818)[2] or in Iran (Persia) as Imam Reza, was a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad and the eighth Shi'ite Imam, after his father Musa al-Kadhim, and before his son Muhammad al-Jawad. He was an Imam of knowledge according to the Zaydi (Fiver) Shia school and Sufis.
